I invented this for myself: Spend some time on visualising the tutorial dynamic from last semester? Did it vary from week to week? What was it like (mood, degree of interaction, achievement of learning goals for each day, etc)? If you were not out front all the time controlling the learning process, what methodologies did you employ to achieve the desired learning outcomes and how did you use your extra time? What were the constants in the tutorials? Did the pre-class learning materials match the tutorial activities and discussions adequately? Did students seem prepared? Did you plan out your tutorials sufficiently? Did the tutorial activities match the goal of higher order thinking and application of concepts to student-chosen topic/examples? What were you the least satisfied with overall during the flipped tutorial? How do you intend to address that?
